These spaces are allocated to an organisation rather than an individual, allowing flexibility for staff members to work both remotely and in the office on a rotational basis.

Studio One offers a variety of spaces for different styles of modern working, from private, homely soundproof booths, perfect for the more sensitive conversations or virtual meetings to traditional larger meetings rooms and break-out spaces.
Our energise and well-being suite offers a more social space that can be booked for team building or functions. Accessible 24/7 this space could host evening networking meetings.
State of the Art Technology Solutions
Our cutting edge technology and in-house designed systems ensure fast download speeds and efficient virtual conference calling.
Our IT providers ensure that the service will be uninterrupted with FTTC backup links in place and subject to coverage, 4G/5G backup.
This will be a MPLS, shared between tenants utilising office space. Each desk-pod will be provided with 30MB and there will be the option to share this across multi-desk occupants. This will be managed by our IT partner, however as you may wish to manage your own equipment, we will also be able to provide static IP address(es) delivered to your own equipment

Our team of experienced office management staff will make sure that refreshments are made available throughout the day for you and your visitors.
With catering providers located locally, for an additional charge, we are also able to provide catering for corporate meetings hosted in our formal meeting rooms.
Free Parking
Our offices are located just north of the city of Lincoln with free, allocated parking spaces 2 minutes from the A46 bypass and 5 minutes to the A15 Eastern Bypass.
